NeuroStim TMS Centers struggled to generate sufficient new patients to expand into additional locations before I started working with them in 2019. There was no marketing system in place or follow-up system, and they needed help with their digital marketing in all areas.

I took control of the advertising accounts, website & digital infrastructure, and SEO. I implemented email automation and built a solid Salesforce CRM for follow-up. I then developed a HIPAA-compliant marketing system responsible for patient acquisition, which currently has a $2MM annual budget.

During the past four years, NeuroStim TMS Centers has grown exponentially from two clinic locations to 10 clinic locations across Washington State. Due to this incredible growth, NeuroStim TMS was acquired by ARC Health in March 2023. I continue to support both NeuroStim TMS Centers & ARC Health.

Dr. Burke contacted me in August 2020 asking if I could help launch their new emergency dental clinic in Marietta, GA, in December 2020. After extensive research, I came up with the name; My Emergency Dental and helped facilitate the launch of her new emergency dental clinic.

I took control of their new website and PPC advertising on both Google and Bing to get immediate patients in the door looking for emergency dentists. By month five, the clinic generated $300k in monthly revenue. Since 2022, I layered SEO on top of our advertising to maximize organic search.

My Emergency Dental in Marietta, GA, officially launched in January 2021 and opened its second location in Stockbridge, GA, in August 2022. Their third location will be in Lawrenceville, GA, and will open its doors in October 2023. MED continues to grow at an incredible pace with my support.
