We are a small SEO and web design company based in North Charleston, South Carolina. You can visit my website at Offset Digital.

We aim to keep our client base small, selecting clients that align with our mission and goals. Our ideal client is a relational small business owner in the home service industry who sees us as partners, not just service providers. We want clients who value building relationships with the people they trust with their business.

When I founded Offset Digital, I reflected on the clients my previous employer turned away because they couldn't meet the minimum retainer rates. Small business owners need someone who can work within their budget, provide quality and transparent work, and support them as they grow.

My goal is not to become a millionaire but to provide for my family and see my clients succeed. I want to keep my business small, maintain strong client relationships, and grow by demonstrating the benefits of SEO and incredible web design and development.

Our business model is based on the principle that "My Business Only Grows When Yours Does."

There was a lot of work to be done but we started with a complete rebuild from the ground up of the website. Their original website was on WIX (Which is known for its issues with SEO and Google crawling them) and they were only receiving about 15 leads each month.

We initiated our SEO campaign with six chosen focus keywords for each location. Criteria for selection included overall search volume, keyword difficulty, and alignment with the search intent of those seeking immediate service.

300% Increase in form submissions when comparing 2021 vs 2023. 20% increase in organic traffic when comparing 2023 to 2022. 89% Increase of Keywords now onto page 1 of Google (After 18 months of work).

Increase online visibility in a highly competitive market, such as personal injury law within the Charleston Market & identify ongoing opportunities to grow organic traffic to grow high-converting leads.

We identified 10 bottom-of-the-funnel keywords that, in total, accounted for around 300 searches a month. We began hyper-focusing blogs and pages for these keywords & ran PPC alongside our SEO tactics.

Within 12 months, we had his firm within the top 3 results of Google for 8 of those keywords. We saw an 18% increase year-over-year in closings attributed to our SEO tactics.

Prior to February, the client’s primary emphasis was on commercial and equipment insurance. However, during our initial onboarding meeting, we discovered their strong desire to expand into the personal insurance market. (Home & Auto)

We began by identifying key bottom-of-the-funnel keywords. These keywords would give the client the best chance of more business within the shortest amount of time. These keywords do not have a ton of search volume, but the CVR on them is huge.

14% increase in organic traffic compared to February 2023. A striking 217% surge in their focus keywords securing top-tier positions in Google’s search results. Website visibility in Google’s Search Engine Results Pages (SERP) has risen by 15%.
