Client Manager: Safe File Storage with the Docs Feature
We’re continuing to turn the Client Manager tool into your number one reliable helper, regardless of your working pace or scope of tasks. Today, we’re happy to present another smart solution inside the tool, aiming to spare you from the struggle of routine work.
What’s the new feature?
The Docs feature upgrades your project management by allowing you to easily store and share client-related files. Thus, it saves you the trouble of keeping and processing client docs in different places. Now you can organize files to make your client management workflow more efficient and automated.
How to start
Start by finding the Docs tab in the tool interface, where you can upload and store files related to the client.
Please note: all users have 200 MB of storage capacity by default, while Agency Growth Kit users have 50 GB.
Client Manager supports all popular file formats, including jpg, png, ico, mov, mp4, txt, csv, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, pdf (svg, rar, and zip formats are not supported).
You can download, rename, or delete stored files. The search bar is also available, as well as the progress bar showing how much space you have left.
For your convenience, all files are securely stored in the Google Cloud Platform by Semrush.
